Personal Reflection on Professional Practices and Learning outcomes drafts ideas:
1) International Self Motivated Training and learning in my respective art forms
Why do I do this?
I have been doing this since my travelling has become full time, I do this to try and be more "then just a stomper" but also because I have also dreamed of doing this since before I even went to school, I recently found in one of my old notebooks a fully planned and plotted trip to South Korea to learn from the multiple competitive studios out there, which I followed online for years, that in may opinion produce some of the highest quality group choreography in the world. I have always been drawn to how other places and practices approach effectively the same idea, but I have found from doing this, you can get to the same outcome in ways I never imagined, which I want to delve deeper into.
Who else dose this?
* Galen Hooks, Nahdia Zefinio - Artests I have met and have a personal context to doing a similar thing.
* Macia Del Prete, Sadaise Arencibia, Sofia Boutella, Eri Nakamura, Aljaž Skorjanec - Artest I have researched who have done the same thing found here- https://dancespirit.com/5-foreign-dancers-you-should-know/

2) How I use storytelling through my art forms
Why do I do this?
I think this is one of the most important aspects of artistry, the point is to make others feel something when they interact with your art. I find the best way to do this is though the energy you give to it or the story you attach to it. I have performed pretty much my entire life, especially when performing live, in my experience weather this be as a group or in a solo setting the best reactions from my audiences has always been when I have tried to tell a story and make them feel something. Also as an audience member I find I connect most with artists that prioritise this whether they are conscious of it or not. So I think I do this to make the audience feel something, weather that be right then and there or two weeks down the line.

3) Still thinking and working on it (Some possible ideas)
- Discrimination within the industry (Racism and sexism)
- The social aspect of working in the industry and how that effects us as artists.
I am undecided on which point or idea would be the most useful or weather there may be another better one, for this type of learning, I hope to consolidate this in the next few weeks and try and draw ideas from my own personal practice and elaborate as I have done in the first two points that me and my tutor agree have room for scope and specifics.
